Return Process

  Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original luxury packaging, ensuring the glass bottles are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
